Aedo reversal refused

Funds were tramferred into my account and three aedo debit orders went off that were for September only. Call centre says they cannot be reversed. I am frustrated as the money was for the purchase of a car but now more than R14000 was taken early from my account. I would think that there must be some way this can be reversed.

Please assist urgently.
