aedo debit orders that i dont know off

I am not happy with capitec and their service , I stopped using capitec for my salary that's simply because I was loosing money every time my salary came in , I called the call centre and I was told those are aedo debit orders and the money cant be reversed , so in December I decided to use another .bank for my salary... yesterday I received an amount of R12600 and over R4000 was debited from my account , I called the call centre and was told the same nonsense I was told previously , the lady I spoke to promised to escalate my query to the forensic department and that I was going to receive an sms and an email advising if they will help me or not , if they wont then I will have to contact the companies myself , to me this is nonsense and I don't think I am the one who should be doing that , the forensic department is there for a reason and this one also Is part of the reason why it is there , I want my money back! please assist.
