Advertise credit card but refuse to give me one!

They Advertise everywhere on NetNuus that you can have a credit card and how good it is but I cannot email them and to visit them is a waist of time as their computer has blocked me and there is nothing they can ever do for you. Even over the phone they blame you for having a bad credit record and that I must close every single of my accounts before they will give me a credit card of R2000.00. Yes that is what the guy at the bank and the lady over the phone told me. I checked my credit record and were never sequestrated, liquidated or administrated. Non of my accounts have one month skipped in two years. It is just the bond that is in the full amount on my name and on my spouse's name. They don't want to except that the bond is joint. And the full amount is so low for a house amongst houses with Cape Town prices. Friday the 8th of August Capitec Bank advertise that they now do home loans. God forbid getting a Credit Card after you maybe ever got a bond from them. Impossible. Oh and Im a client of them for years and I must show you the app. It says I have a above average credit rating. The arrow even points into the green. How do you get this?
