ADMINISTRATION FLAG

After many up and down visits to the branch they informed me today that the administration order that was rescinded on 31 August 2023 might be on record with Capitec forever. There is no guarantee that it will ever be removed. Capitec is chasing clients away who was interest in a bond with them and maybe a credit card or vehicle finance. Lots of people get financially rehabilitated every day, but Capitec decide you are not worthy of their service. I am deeply disappointed. I have been with Capitec for the past 15 years but are now seriously considering moving my savings and closing my bank account. I can't be with a bank who is not validating their clients.
