Actually worse

Sat morn system went down. Couldnot transfer. Said they will get back Mon eventually Tuesday. Sent me form would not let complete it same yesterday. Today started at 10h00 emailed Said some call me 14h00 call 2hrs57 minutes on phone. All got was frustration! Useless! They been fined R56m for this exact thing. Told close Bus account transfer to ABSA. Let's see. Women in charge is Roshni Govender. After all this time since bought Mercantile and still they not even close 😡😡🤬
