Accounts monthly contributions not being update.

Im still not satisfied with the service they're giving and the people who are handling my accounts. Capitec bank does not update the contributions Im making towards the account .. for two months , amount is same as october . I came here to complain 3 months ago and they did updated them now here we go again.
