Accounts frozen without confirming with me

what capitec did to me it is so painfulšŸ˜­I sold someone my phones after that person received them he then went to capitec to lie and froze my accounts I am now here with a frozen account this is so painful I would they freeze my account without confirming to me? capitec is nonsense I want my money back and then I'm out

But my account is still closed with my money inside it refund my money, I have with capitec for more that 10years but now you decided to close my account without reaching me, now no updates no nothing I am truly disappointed how am I going to survive?
