***** ACCOUNT WITH CAPITEC

I was trying to purchase a second hand car when I found a company called Highway Auctions in JHberg .Found a car but was asked to put a deposit of R7500.00 to remove the car from the Auction as it was going on auction at midday.I was later contacted by the so called manager and asked to pay the full amount as his rep had made a mistake,at this point I started to get a little bit worried long story short it was a **** and I contacted STANDARD BANK to stop the payments so far of R18500.00 to Capitec Bank account .The Capitec account was stopped on the 11th September 24 while I was still in contact with the ****mers . Standard bank has done there investigation but say they are waiting on Capitec Bank .SO FAR HAVE NOT HERD A WORD FROM CAPITEC BANK REF NUMBER ....................76 . Need my money back so I can buy a car I wonder if Capitex has a proper ***** department or maybe just don't give a ****
