Account Suspended in the UK

{Read if you are about to immigrate}

My husband and I have just recently immigrated to the UK and before we left South Africa we where told by one of you consultants at Campus Squire Mall in Johannesburg that we could make online purchases and regular purchases in the Uk with my husband's Global One Debit Card with now issues. We have been trying to make a purchase of a big item off Amazon. UK with the card since we have not been able to open an account over on our end. But after a repeated amount of attempts we have found out to our horror that is not the case. We now have a suspended account and no way of getting to a branch to fix this issue. Since we are on the other side of the world!!!!!
