Account stopped without no reason no note added on my acc

I bank with capitec business trading as Harbu express investment . My account got stopped last week Friday 17th of Nov 2023 started with logging my acc showing no acc after 5min I re log in it shows updating after 5min again I logged my balance went from R54215 to R4515 I was a bit shocked . I started calling the bank to ask what going on . I called in they said my balance was still R54215 then went back to my acc to make transfer it says I do not have enough balance . After an hr later I tried logging thinking may be it was the update they were doing . I tried to make payment again and they said my account has been stopped. I called in again on Friday and was told yes my acc was stopped but there is no note on my acc to show reason while they I should wait till Monday. I waited till Monday I called in again and still same story that they don't know why my account has been stopped. Said they will have to write to know why my account was been stopped. today is 22nd of Nov still stopped without knowing the reason why my account was stopped . This is really frustrating and annoying can you guys help me open my acc coz no reason for my account to be stopped it just stopped for stopped sake without asking me to bring in any document or any updating on my acc
