Account stopped

Pathetic excuse for a bank, utterly disgusted at how they treat there customers. Capitec stopped my account because of a so called eft ****. The person who reported this reverted back to capitec stating this is not a **** and the request was sent through from there bank discovery to unblock my Account. Its been now 3 days and my account is still stopped when this matter was resolved between myself and the complainant. I cannot pay my rent, buy food becuase capitec ******* are heartless. Please unblock my account.
