ACCOUNT STOPPED

It has been 6 days now still CAPITEC HAS STOPPED MY ACCOUNT without even informing me, I had to call and go to the branch myself to find that they are investigating someone else, why is my account on stop. This is an account that I get money for my kids, I am pregnant and need funds that are on that account to go to my appointment. Now what do I do because they still have not opened my account. CAPITEC is a useless institution honestly speaking. How do you stop someone’s account without even speaking to them to see if they are involved in whatever they are investigating. I need my account open please
