Account stopped at Capitec

My minor account is closed while I deposited money to T. Ntlangule, Acc. No. *** The account that I used is for my child Udumo Makhosi, Acc.no. ***. This happened on the 16 July 2024 . I transferred R30000 and R35100, they said they suspect ***** and I submitted everything they needed to prove that everything correct, not *****. Also the T. Ntlangule has no access to the money that I sent because they also stopped her account. This is the stockvel money. People need their money. Please help me.
