ACCOUNT SETTLEMENT

I had an account with Capitec Bank, which was handed over to a Debt Collector. I have been making payments to the Debt Collector on a monthly basis, since 2013 however, the balance is not reducing. they take the re-payments and reflect it as interest on the statement, when I enquired the Debt collector said they were advised by the Bank to levy the interest. my main concerns are: <br> 1. The Balance is not reducing, and therefore it seems as if the Loan will never be repaid at all <br> 2. The amount reflected on the bureau and the statement are not the same, by a great margin<br> 3. When i visit Capitec branches i dnt get any help<br> <br> Thank You
