Account settled

Good day<br> I had 2x loans with Capitec bank and paid all of them infull as per the letter they sent to me but the attorney they handed me over too claim that the are legal fees outstanding. i have requested the statement of account on several occations but they are sending from pillar to post as they(Flemixinc attorneys) claim that the letter have been sent to capitec on the 17/04/2015 and 22/04/2015 but capitec claim not have recieved the letters.<br> <br> I need either one of them to remove me from the ITC and give me the letters confirming the amount outsanding and the the account is fully paid up.
