account removal on the credit bureau

I was under debt review and i finally managed to pay off 2 of my loans with capitec. i am no longer under debt review, however capitec has not removed my accounts from the credit bureau. I was advised that once you settle the accounts- the creditor should remove your accounts on the credit record so that i can have a clean start. is there someone who can assist me with this matter please. the record on my credit bureau is affecting my score badly. please help
