Account placed on hold and court order issued to release account but Capitec is not doing anything about it

My account has been put on hold from the 05.07.2025 well that when I noticed , Monday the 07.07.2025 I contacted the court as I was aware of the hold and I told them to deduct funds from my other bank account the bank did that and sent the first order to Capitec to release my account on the 08.07.2025 since the no one has done anything the court people are copying me almost everyday since then to ask Capitec to release my account but no one replies I also forwarded the emails myself no one replies , this is now getting to my nerves as when I call capite they tell me to send emails to *** and myself and the court we have sent multiple emails with no answer , can I please get someone to attend to this as I need to access the account , and no one is answering our emails and the call centre can’t assist me .
