Account paused & I am overseas !! ???

Good day, I conveniently just transferred money to my Capitec account like I do every month for my debit orders just to find out after the fact that my account has been paused WIHTOUT AUTHORIZATION OR NOTIFICATION.

I am 9 000km's away, overseas and now I must visit a branch ! How ?? Capitec has been good to me for the past 12+ years, but this is simply unacceptable, I feel helpless and now I will possibly have debit orders BOUNCHING, simply great !

Kindly respond here ASAP Capitec, as we are 3 days away from my debit orders bouncing...
