I have been patiently waiting for response regarding my account that was paused and it is a month now still no response...
Capitec is not assisting me and they froze my account and making profit as they keep my money. Supp**** them with all the documents but to date no response... I was referred to a person by the name of Nicole and she is as useless as the bank itself... I want my money Capitec...
