Account Opening

<p>I am very disappointed in Capitec Bank. I have been trying for the last 3 weeks to open a bank account with them. On their FICA forms acceptable page on their website is reflects that email statements from 3rd party companies are acceptable. I get to the branch to go through with my account opening and they tell me that it has to be verified? I mean what the hell. If your website says email statements are accepted why does my document still need to be verified? it was a Emailed Bank statement. </p>
