ACCOUNT ON HOLD EVEN WHEN MATTER IS RESOLVED

<p>I have an account at Capitec Bank, the one I use to sell clothes online using my facebook page. My account was put on hold on Monday 4th of Decemberand I didn,t know why. I later received an sms from a lady who's money was ****** from her account by means of cellphone banking from her friend, who happens to be my client. I believe they should have called me first to find out to explain to me and ask about the funds because I also had no idea that my client stole the money from her friend. Now the 2 parties have resolved their issue but my account is still on hold. I am using this account to receive my son's trust fund from her father's death benefit fund. All the documents that were needed by their forensic team were submitted, an affidavit from the other account holder. I am really tired of this poor service and need my account back as my business now is standing still. I need it as in yesterday. Capitec Bank should have communicated with me to find out who transferred the money before acting on their own. I alsi have funds on that account I want to use A.S.A.P. Very unhappy</p>
