Account on hold

Capitec is the worse bank to deal firstly my funds in my account is on hold since the 5th of December 2023 submitted required affidavit as per the bank on the 8th and 20th of December 2023 with no feedback or as to why the account is on hold and what's going. I have my DSTV debit order that goes off my Capitec account number *** which my funds are on hold and not accessible.

I was advised to open a business account which i have been to the branch and was told they cant assist with opening the account must wait for a call centre agent to call and still waiting for that call. I tried calling Capitec regarding my query and to open the account with no luck.
