I am warning south africans to stay away from Capitec bank credit card. I have been struggling with their payment due to their ridiculous interest, I was then handed over to Daly attorneys their business partner . Daly offered me a settlement offer which I paid within same day ,but they can't send me paid up letter.
Our Client : Capitec Agreement type : Credit Card Account number : *** Balance in Default : R58041.58 Settlement Offer : R25000.00 CONFIRMATION OF SETTLEMENT OFFER We refer to your recent communication with our office and confirm that your offer to pay the sum of R25000. 00 in full and final settlement of your outstanding indebtedness to our client has been accepted provided and on condition that: 1. Pay on or before the 07th October 2021. 2. This letter is signed and returned to us via post, fax, e-mail or hand delivery within 30 days of the date hereof together with your proof of payment; Please note that: Daly Credit Corporation (Pty) Ltd

please indicate when will I receive a paid up letter for the credit card account with you? This is unacceptable that I have to continue to suffer whilst you guys received the R25000.00 for the settlement offer you gave me and I have honored by making means to pay with my last savings. It is my ;legal right to receive a paid up letter and you must also clear my name on the credit bureau asap.
