Account not updated accordinlgy

I was facing financial challenges which led to payment defaults on my credit card and personal loan. I was referred to Legal Department which eventually handled my account. Vomitex debits of R800 per month since October 2019 to date were made for Credit Card which was owing R12000 and the balance never adjusted accordingly and R3000 DEBITS were also made from the same period to date for Personal Loan and no adjustment made on the account to date.
