Account not linked correct

I have been patient but this is now not fair. I have send you an email 2 days ago an no one has responded me.

I have had a problem for past 2 weeks. An no one is repson**** to my emails. I have called several times. I have sent email. So have sent emails to capitec ombudsman and no respond from your side.

I have requested assistance with transferring funds to relevenat accounts that needs to be paid. Today it's the 11th September.

I am seen as a bad payer to creditors, I have asked several times can I have direct line or email for sosmome who can assist.
