ACCOUNT INACCESSIBLE

Capitec Bank may have the lowest charges, but having an account with that bank means I have to content with a big inconvenience. Unlike other banks, Capitec bank accounts are only accessible through a cellphone app. This means if you have no access to your cellphone, and only yours, you will not be able to access to account for those urgent transactions which you may need to make when branches are closed! No cellphone means no online purchases, cash transfers, and EFTs. Horrible, right?

It's 2025 Capitec, catch a wake up. We as customers need flexibility and agility.

I should be able to access my account on any medium: cellphone, laptop. PC or Tablet. After all, it's about secure access to an account, not the type of medium.
