Account hold

Hello Good people

My experience with Capitec was great until they started to hold my funds they started with my fixed savings accounts then the Current account when I go to the branch they said someone reported my account...guys i tried to reason with them but nothing was ever fixed they said they were investigating i tried to close the account they refused because I think the account with them will cause me trouble.......please help me to close it it's been 3 years now I'm tired accounts still has money but I can't access it so yeah that's my experience with them
