account handed to different attorneys

my account was handed to Fenwick Boshoff Attorney. I made arrangment with them (31Feb2014)and i signed s129/s56 with them and since I made arrangment with them i'v been paying my arranged instalment,in Feb 2015 i received a call from marais muller yekiso- they wanted me to make arrangement i told them that I already made arrangment with Fenwick Boshoff Attorneys why should i make 2nd arrangment with other Attorneys. In march15 i went to capitec branch to find out why my account was handed to 2nd attorneys they said its because there were no payment i called Fenwick Boshoff Attorney and the also didnt know why and the emaild me the proof of payment (statement) showing all payment and not 1 payment was skipped/missed and i do have the proof of payment. please assist as this is not right at all, and this MMY they telling me they will be take me to court for warrent of arrest, but why? i was still paying @ Fenwick Boshoff Attorney.
