Account handed over wrongly
Dear Peter<br> <br> Please assist. in 2008 I had a capitec loan that I defaulted on when I lost my job. After I was employed I settled the account with the lawyers I was handed over to. Now years later I am contacted by different lawyers who need to do a collection for the same account. I settled my account with RL Daly incorporated lawyers.<br> <br> This is unacceptable. How many times does one pay the same debt?
