Account got hacked

I am Maza Sithole...I.D no:*** in my capitec account someone called me to confirm my number that i registered with in the bank after few sometime when i checked my money they took it all i then go to my nearest branch they first told me i must go and open a case. I go again they kick me out saying they can't help me,they don't take me serious because I'm a black person I'm very disappointed with this bank.
