ACCOUNT FROZEN WITHOUT NOTIFICATION

My account was frozen with no communication to me about fica documents i then walked into the branch to inquire what was happening cause i thought it was ***** then i was told that my account is frozen pending fica documents then i asked why wasnt i notified they insisted i got an sms i was then given an email address to email my documents i did just that its been 24 hours now my account is still frozen i am stuck now no petrol money no transport money for my kids to go to school and they writing exams , Now my life is standstill because of capitec
