Account frozen

Capitec blocked my account without doing a proper investigation now their busy telling me to submit affidavits I did submit everything they wanted but still no response from them, Capitec is becoming a **** now always when they see that you have money there they close our accounts without alerting us. My kids don't even have food now I don't know what to do anymore.
