Account frozen

<p>My name is tsiyetso mtswenini i went to witbank klipfontein branch capitecbank this morning to submit the proof of resident cause they frozen my account with no reason i found consultant name Thato and his mananger EVANS they refused to take the proof of residence cause the signature of the owner was copied and the stamp so i asked them to give them the money was left in my account cause i cant meet their requirement and closes the account they refused they say my money belongs to capitec is not mine am very frustrated cause my child is sick need to attend doctors now i must loose my child life cause of this bank i regret from the start why did i chose this bank not happy at all i must pray the bank to get my money.</p>
