Account Flag.

I did a Binance Peer to Peer transaction with a buyer. He deposited funds to my Account from his ABSA account. I have the Proof of Payment as well as the Proof of the Binance Peer transaction and have sent that to *****@capitecbank.co.za. Now ABSA has flagged that transaction, apparently their client is being investigated for suspicious activity and what not. Naturally ABSA asked Capitec to place a hold on the funds, that I understand. My issue is the following, when a Capitec user want to pay me there is a banner that pops up that reads CAUTION: THERE ARE MULTIPLE REPORTS OF SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY AGAINST THIS BENEFICIARY. This is NOT a good look, as It looks like I did something wrong here, and this message is out there for anyone that has to make a payment to my account to see. Really puts me in a terrible light and this is unacceptable. I did the in-app call and the agent told me that banner cannot be removed until the case is resolved. Also, some people that I paid money to from my Capitec has the same issue, now I have persons calling me because Capitec is telling them, that their funds are on hold because of the payments I made to them. They also have the same banner if you want to deposit to them. SO ABSA's client could possibly have done something wrong, this is not even confirmed yet, but I am set in a bad light. Totally unacceptable. I need this resolved.
