Account closure and paid up letter.

No assistance since 22nd of November to today, I've been asking for account closure and paid up letter but nothing, I've been calling told different stories, sent an email to their complaint department but no assistance instead m being told they have escalated the matter for 5 days no update!

Please assist in the above matter!.
