Account closed with no explanation

Account for abruptly closed and bank can only assume and speculate. I spent a whole 1and half hour at the branch with no solution and the staff seemed untrained and irate. They say someone sent and reversed R50,000 however they don't know who and why. A ghost is the reason why they closed my account
