Account closed due to amounts being deposited

I have a new account with capitec because my salary goes into it but I’m told it’s blocked and I should go and write a statement that my account is used for strict personal reasons why am I being bothered with a measly 1000 when other people are losing huge amounts daily I really want to close this account but the mission of changing and submitting my account for changes at the department is a mission

I got back paid from April till now what is the fuss
