Account closed capitec not helping

I have submitted the required documents to forensic department as per capitec request now they want me to call them again I don't have money to call you asked me to submit affidavit and copy of ID I did submit please open my account sassa is approaching and I won't be able to receive my kids money I didn't **** anyone I didn't even know the money I received was a **** money
