ACCOUNT CLOSE FOR POSSIBLE *****

My Capitec account was closed due to ***** investigations since 22/12/2018. i have been calling to follow up and taken from pillar to post and being told the account cannot be opened without an affidavit. Mind you i have funds to assist my kids with school stuff. I phoned again this morning and spoke to Sthembiso and requested the forensic department's number, he told me that they do not have the contact number.

Capitec is just useless and cannot take care of the needs of their clients. i have been to police stations for affidavit and calling the branch and call center but still nothing. i want to know if Capitec is intending to return my monies and close their stupid account or if should take this matter further.
