Account blocked without my consent.

Good day. I send my sadness to Capitec for a nonsensical service. How can you block my account without my consent,not even a phone call. I have been using this account for more than 10 years. I did state that I have a business and I have a lot of transactions in my account. I'm stuck now without fuel. The only response I get is that I should consult branch.
