Account blocked with funds.

Capitec blocked my account with a balance of R313 and they didn't even tell me reason why the account was blocked and i want to access the money for important things but well they blocked it due to their own cause, And It means that we Mustn't use our accounts we registered for as we want.

So people don't consider using or signing up for services as they will block and not provide a proper reason. TOTAL ****!!!
