ACCOUNT BLOCKED NO NOTICE

On the evening of 18/11/15 I visited a petrol station, after filling fuel my debit card refused to process. This was the most embarrassing experience. It turned out my account was blocked without any notification. I called customer care on *** spoke to Juan on the 19/11/15 at 8:14am. Juan was very helpful. He informed that my account had been'' stopped'' due to a transfer I had received amounting to R22000/00.I explained this was in connection with my vehicle I had sold to a Mr Van Niekerk. Juan requested that I send all the paperwork regarding the sale of the car in amount of R22000.00 to substantiate that transaction to his superior at [Email Removed] emailed a copy of contract, ID of buyer -Mr Van Niekerk, Capitec proof of payment, copy of registration documents, to his supervisor. He gave me ref no ***6. I received no feedback. Called again on the morning of 20/11/15. Spoke to Carmen, she was rather abrupt and very rude on the phone. She told me to call the forensics department, and refused to give me their number. She furnished me with ref no ***6. I am still waiting to hear from them, left stranded with my account locked.
