Account blocked for no reason now they asking for things I can't provide just to keep

Dear Hellopeter please help me this people don't want to solve my problem I wrote the affidavit now they are asking me to provide proof that I don't even know where I will get it please help me open my account my life depends on it. My business is stuck. because of the proof that they can contact the other person to send please help me. since Capitec dosnt want to help
