Account blocked

My name is Jabulani Siyabonga Tennyson Mabasa i have an account at capitec bank which was closed over 3 years it was 2020 when my wife deposited money in to my account by mistake and didn't check then the person she was supposed to pay ask her when is she paying thats when she said she did pay after the decided to call her bank to block the transaction that was R10 000 and after i called her to ask her about the money i received thats when she called back her bank to say u can live the transaction its ok but on my capitec account it was sad because my account was blocked and i was told to cone with my wife with affidavit's say our story so they can reopen my account we did that more than 10 times the account is not opened till today i have been changing branches of capitec Giyani and Polokwane but nothing is happening my account number is ***
