Account Blocked

My name is James Abila Oling In September this year one of my clients requested me to do some shipping for him in which I did but the shipping company delayed abit, but his order was paid for and sent. Just because it delayed he decided to report my account, Nedbank didn't even bother to call me and ask for my side of the story, I don't know if I was treated unfairly because I'm a foreign national. I have also contacted the Congo embassy here in South Africa. I even have supporting documents, my scapitec account also got affected. capitec didn't get even bother to contact me.
