Incident no: *** People I beg you and I urge you to close your accounts with this bank, ayikho into enje. So after an hour of my time with Nicole who responded to 1st review posted regarding my account blocked due to the money I got as a result of selling my car. I don't even think these people understand my frustration. I'm in a position now where my account is blocked, the car a sold to EBK automotive is now sold to someone else. I don't have tangible proof of the allegations made by Capitec that the dealer is claiming I de*****ed them at this point I'm starting to think Capitec is lying seeing that No1: I was not informed about my account being blocked, I found out in a very humiliating manner, where I tried paying for fuel and my card declined. That's not how you treat your loyal customers an sms,whatsapp or phone would have been appreciated. No2. You Block my money with allegations that i am a *****ster but you don't give me a case number,you don't arrest me, you don't want to show me paper work in black and white of your allegations. No3. You make empty promised of calling your loyal client back and forget to do so, when you know I poured my heart out that I don't even have money for my daily needs now, my policies are calling me every hour trying to figure out why they were not able to debit. So currently should I sm not covered by any I surface should anything happen to me whose must take liability or you as a bank are just happy to keep my money against my will. This 2nd review shows and I repeat how *********** your staff members are, even Nicole is failing if she was assigned to take a lead on this matter tomorrow is a holiday now what must happen. I feel like pulling hair out really.
