Account Blocked, can't contact Capitec via all channels
Case number: ***8
Made a transaction that was verified by the selfie. Accounts were blocked as a result. In-app calling not working Calling *** called dropped while providing my ID number Tried to rate the pathetic service on the whatsapp survey, that didn't work and made me try again. I can't have my accounts blocked for days! **** all in capitec is working.
