Account blocked

Hello, I am asking for help. I wrote to WhatsApp because money just disappeared from my account, I was told that the reason is due to the amount of R4500 that was received I received from binance buyer , as I used to sell usdt to Binance. Now when I try to pay people the transactions doesn’t appear I realized that I had better transfer it to another account so that I can see them. so I don't know if the problem is the money I was getting from binance or what please respond to the email because I may not be available on the call due to loadshedding and network issues. Thank you
