Account Blocked

My account has been blocked, went to the branch at Randburg was told it was blocked because of R500 I received. I asked them how could they just block my account without calling me or asking me about that R500, they said there's nothing they can do about it. I am receiving my salary and my child support grant on that account. I can not access my money they're holding my salary, I have bills to pay and a child to take care of. Received my salary today I thought it was going to bounce back, it didn't bounce back capitec is holding my salary.
