Account blocked at capitec bank and finding no help to get my money back

I'm blocked on my capitec account for receiving money from my cousin which he uses standard bank. He sent me money on the 19 August reflected on the 20th of August . He sent me and his friend money on our account which is capitec bank account. As soon as I found out I was blocked , I did my affidavit submit it same time . His friend did the same but her was unblock and I'm still block , why I don't know , I have money on my account, I'm struggling with my son I'm leaving on hand outs . Please do help cause I did everything they asked me to do but I'm failing to get my money get . I even said they can keep the 1000 that made my account block and give me the rest of my money still no break through . Please do help me with capitec bank
